What is with all these young girls getting pregnat?

I went to my neices little 8th grade graduation this past June and there were 4 girls there with their infant babies and 2 of them were pregnant. *** is going on here? These girls were about 13, 14 years old. When I was 13 I wasnt thinking about sex, shoot I didnt get my period until I was like 14, I was late. What can we do to help these young girls?

how do i dye just the underneath part of my hair?

i’ve been dying my hair for ages. i understand the whole thing about stripping hair and so forth. now my hair is kinda short, its a messy bob, its to my chin, and i want to dye it black, but i also want to tip the hair too. its the only thing i dont know how to do really with dying hair. i’ve never tried it, so i figure i’ll just get the facts straight before doing something stupid.. any suggestions?
i currently have black hair, and i want to bleach the bottom layer of hair. i cant do any awesome colors unfortunetly due to my work. but i want to know how to do this.

I got a black henna tattoo in Myrtle Beach and I recently just bought a kit online because I really liked it. Now, I’m trying to find black henna in bulk and I’m finding all this information about how dangerous it is for your skin. Obviously I’m not allergic to black henna because I’ve used it numerous times, but I’m kind of worried now after seeing so many safety warnings.

White people are not called French Americans or German Americans. I mean, you call us white, why can’t we call you black? The only reason I ask this is because in some conversation I was having I was referring to this black guy who plowed past me in the hallway and knocked me down, and one of my black friends yelled at me.
